When booking through this website you save any commission payments or service fees of various platforms, because you book directly with us (the landlords).
- Preise & Mitreisende
The apartment prices apply per night for an occupancy of two persons. For each additional person staying overnight, we charge a 10% surcharge on the respective seasonal price.
- Tourism tax
The City of Vienna's 3.2% tourism tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be charged additionally.
From 1 July 2026, the tourist tax will increase to 5%.
From 1 July 2027, it will increase again to 8%.
Depending on the booking period, the applicable tourist tax will be charged.
- Minimum stay
3 nights
- Discount
For bookings from 14 nights and for our regular customers from the 3rd stay with us, we grant a 10% discount on the accommodation costs.
For bookings of 21 nights or more, we grant a 15% discount, and for bookings of 28 nights or more, we grant a 20% discount.
If you book a carving course in our house at the same time as your stay, you will receive a 15% discount on the respective seasonal price.

- Final cleaning
The final cleaning of the apartment costs € 50,- once.
- Pricing details
All prices include the statutory value added tax.
Optional
- Garage parking
If you are travelling by car, we can offer you a garage space in thegarage next door for €12/day. For insurance reasons, the garage owner does not permit vehicles with electric or hydrogen engines to be parked in the garage.
Please note: throughout Vienna, street parking is only permitted for a maximum of 2 hours from Monday to Friday (weekdays) between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. and costs €3.40/hour. Parking is free on weekends and public holidays.
- Pets
After consultation you can bring your small pet (dog, cat). We charge € 7,-/day for extra cleaning.
- Kinderbett & Hochstuhl
If required, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge during your stay.
Payment & Cancellation
- Terms of payment
A down payment of 25% of the total amount is payable at the time of booking.
The balance is due no later than 15 days before arrival.
- Cancellation terms
If you cancel at least 14 days before arrival, you will receive 100% of the amount paid so far. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before arrival, you will receive 50% back. Otherwise you will not receive a refund.
