If you arrive by car, you can leave it in the garage in the neighbouring house during your stay for an extra charge (see prices for details). PricesIn Vienna itself, the well-developed transport network will get you to your destination quickly.
If you cannot do without your car, we would like to inform you that a short-stay parking zone is in force throughout Vienna from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) from 09.00 to 22.00 hrs. The maximum parking time is 2 hours everywhere and costs € 2.60 / hour.

Experience the high quality of life with which the city of Vienna has already been awarded several times in this flat. This flat has been optimally furnished and equipped especially for longer (business) stays.
It is located on the 1st floor of a small apartment building near Schönbrunn Palace. You live surrounded by numerous gardens and yet public transport takes you to the vibrant city centre in just 20 minutes.

You live in a house built in 1872, which was recently renovated. The entrance area is already fascinating with its hand-carved wooden ceilings, which were made by the local carving studio Stadlhofer.
The old Viennese charm of the flat on the 1st floor has been lovingly preserved and adapted to the modern needs of its residents. The high rooms, the large double doors and the original herringbone parquet flooring are still reminiscent of times long past. The open fireplace radiates cosy warmth on cold days and the crackling of the burning wood brings pure comfort.
On 80m² (3 large rooms), the apartment for two people offers plenty of freedom of movement and opportunities to retreat. Two guests can also spend the night on the pull-out couch in the living room.
Your guests will also love the high-quality and tasteful furnishings. In the well-equipped kitchen, you can conjure up a great menu to enjoy while dining on the fully glazed loggia. After a busy day, you can rest your eyes on the surrounding gardens. On hot days, the air conditioning here keeps you pleasantly cool and the underfloor heating warms your feet even on cold days.
Pool & Garten
In summer, you can relax in the garden or cool off in the pool. For the athletically ambitious, the counter-current system provides an appropriate fitness workout. You can conjure up a delicious BBQ on the gas grill and enjoy the balmy nights in the middle of the city.
High-Tech
High-tech for work and entertainment is offered by the living room equipment. The fast broadband internet access (also via WLAN) allows you to work comfortably. For your entertainment, there is a large flat-screen TV with surround sound, DVD player and an i-Pod docking station for your favourite media.
Activities
Schönbrunn Palace, the oldest zoo in the world and the Technical Museum invite you to enjoy culture after just a few minutes' walk. The parks offer ample opportunity for walking or running. At the nearby Hietzinger Platz you will find numerous shops, boutiques and restaurants.
